If you feel you are being wronged by your Base Hospital or other CAF health service - SUBMIT A COMPLAINT - your complaint will be triaged and more information may be required. 

A health concern not being taken seriously?

Is there a conflict of interest?

If your complaint does not fall within the mandate of Reviews and Investigations " your information will be shared with the appropriate investigative body. In specific cases, where your complaint falls outside of our program mandate, such as a misconduct complaint, it may be shared with the National Manager of Professional Affairs or a clinic Commanding Officer. "

All doctors within the CAF are still doctors. They still fall under their provincial college such as the Ontario College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO INFORM YOUR CHAIN OF COMMAND WHEN SUBMITTING THESE COMPLAINTS - 

Every province has a college of physicians and surgeons that you can submit complaints to regarding your CAF doctor. You are not required to go through your CoC to submit this.
